The Bader Group has provided and managed approximately 30 coaching engagements for us over a year and a half and we plan to continue to grow the coaching over the next 2 years. The Bader Group provided highly qualified, experienced and skilled coaches who are helping our leaders develop and grow for our organization. The process included: utilizing a model that fit our culture and business demands, deciding on appropriate assessments, assisting in coach-coachee matchings, managing kickoff meetings for all coachee cohorts, coordinating/supervising 8 coaches, and balancing the individual coachees’ needs/goals with key organizational initiatives. Through surveys and focus groups, the coaching services and process were evaluated with strong positive results and evidence of solid impact. Anne recently facilitated a one-hour interactive workshop on Personal Branding and Self Advocacy for a mentorship program that I lead.
