Anne Liljenstrand, Ph.D. is Managing Director of The Bader Group, where she partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness, navigate change, and achieve business results. For over 20 years, she has coached senior leaders, designed leadership programs and organizational development initiatives, and advised organizations across healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, technology, engineering, finance, manufacturing, defense, and government sectors.

Anne has extensive experience working with leaders at all levels, from emerging managers to C-suite executives. Her coaching focuses on helping leaders increase their impact through stronger communication, managing conflict, strengthening relationships, focusing strategically, executive presence, leading others and building your team, and organizational influence. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable leadership success occurs when individual strengths, organizational realities, and business objectives are aligned.
Bilingual and internationally experienced, Anne has coached leaders within the United Nations Secretariat and organizations around the world. She has also served as an Executive Coach and Mentor Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and has taught physicians, researchers, biotech professionals, and medical students through the University of California San Diego's Master's in Clinical Research program since 2009.
Anne holds a PCC through ICF and is a Board Certified Coach with doctoral training in both Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Known for her practical and business-focused approach, she naturally considers organizational cultures, politics and individuals dynamics throughout her work.
