Group Coaching: Seeing Things Differently is a 150-page Handbook designed for Executive Leadership, Sponsors, Learning and Development Project Managers, Facilitators, and Participants. It contains all the worksheets, forms, descriptions, agendas, and journal pages needed for Group Coaching. (The Handbook is available only to our Group Coaching clients at this time.)
Under the umbrella methodology of Action Learning, Group Coaching is a process in which four-to-six participants address current real-work challenges in a simple, structured format, problem-solve through guided questioning, and commit to effective action based on new insights. Guided by a Facilitator, each participant considers skillful and thoughtful questions posed by their fellow group members, and in responding, the participant typically re-defines the challenge. Assumptions and obstacles surface that open the way to clear problem solving and renewed motivation to take action. In turn, everyone improves his or her questioning and listening skills. Peer relationships grow and trust deepens.
