The Bader Group has provided and managed approximately 30 coaching engagements for us over a year and a half and we plan to continue to grow the coaching over the next 2 years. The Bader Group provided highly qualified, experienced and skilled coaches who are helping our leaders develop and grow for our organization. The process included: utilizing a model that fit our culture and business demands, deciding on appropriate assessments, assisting in coach-coachee matchings, managing kickoff meetings for all coachee cohorts, coordinating/supervising 8 coaches, and balancing the individual coachees’ needs/goals with key organizational initiatives. Through surveys and focus groups, the coaching services and process were evaluated with strong positive results and evidence of solid impact. Suggestions received served to further tailor the process and inform the coaches. Most importantly, these evaluations highlighted organizational and leadership themes important for the growth of the entire organization. This OD or systems approach has doubled the value of our investment in coaching. Dr. Anne Liljenstrand, who served as the project manager as well as a coach exceeded my expectations for a consultancy service. I would strongly recommend The Bader Group and would hire them again without hesitation. We are continuing to utilize the expertise and support from The Bader Group in a variety of organizational initiatives such as culture transformation, group coaching, evaluation, teambuilding and strategy development support.
